If you have received an email from @scatshop.com regarding your hosting of videos to which ScatShop.com, and our network of other sites, have the rights to solely or represent a model or studio as their designated DMCA Copyright Agent, it is genuine and official.

ScatShop.com is the official registered and designated agent for all DMCA Takedown Complaints for all videos listed on the site and on our other networked sites. Each model signed up has requested us to have the video taken down from your site. They made the specific request and asked us to enforce it as their authorized DMCA Agent.

We take copyright infringement very seriously. As we also take seriously your website profiting from the hard work of our models. You are required, under law, to immediately remove, and permanently block access to the file and the md5 associated with the files. If you do not, our copyright agents office will file suit for damages to the fullest extent of the law, vigorously petition your payment processors to terminate your accounts, and vicariously petition your webhosting company to terminate your services for providing stolen content to the general public to which you do not own the rights to.

Note: ScatShop acts as an agent, at the models requests, only when ScatShop sends a DMCA Takedown notice. If you received a DMCA takedown notice directly from a model, that model DOES OWN THEIR own clips and the REQUEST IS LAWFUL and should act accordingly.

All of the following studios and models listed HERE have assigned us as their authorized DMCA Agent. While most models sell directly on ScatShop, not all models/studios do. However they all work with us on this or other sites and have assigned us their copyright agent. Any takedown notice received on these models/studios behalf is genuine and authentic and ignoring their request is a violation of law.

1. Your website held liable for secondary copyright infringement.

2. Payment processors, merchant account providers, and server hosting providers of your website notified of your noncompliance to Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and Article 14 of Electronic Commerce Directive (EUCD).
