Here is a toilet diary with 5 clips. I had been constipated so each time I tried to wait and see if I need to go. The first clip is a long pee, and then I sit there trying to see if anything else is going to happen. Even kick off my pants to get comfy but no luck. The second clip is another long pee and a small little fart. In the third clip I had been holding my pee a long time so needed to go really bad. It was a long hard pee. With a loud fart. I thought I might need to do more but nothing again. The next clip is another long pee with a fart. And the last clip I pee and go number two, FINALLY! Felt so good to get it out. It was really hurting my tummy.
