For the period enthusiasts out there, this one is for you. Ever wondered exactly how much blood a woman loses during her cycle? I sure have… and now I know and am sharing it with you! I embarked on a challenging experiment of saving every single tampon I used during my week long cycle and stashed them in the freezer for freshness. After my cycle was through I weighed every single one and subtracted the weight of the dry tampon down to the gram. I wrung them out into a bowl and then poured the cold blood all over my body. What a fun way to learn a bit more about my body and boy do I feel sexy all covered in blood.
