Boy was I constipated this week and I have no clue way. The first poop was an early Monday morning poop. When I wiped tissue got stuck in my ass crack, so I had to get it out. The second poop happened late Wednesday night and I had so much trouble pushing and grunting it out I was shocked there was so little. When I wiped with panties almost nothing was on it. I drink a couple cup of prune juice to help my bowels and moisten things up. Early Thursday morning I had to poop so bad a little poop come out as I waiting to get into the bathroom. The prune juice made everything came out so smoothly and I was surprised at how much came out. I had to prepare a panty order, so I wiped my shitty ass with a pair and showed it to the cam.
