The video starts with me facing the camera.
I tell you when i shit the last time, what i ate the last days and how it felt to be constipated the whole time.

I turn around (in doggystyle position), my ass is now very near the camera and i start to push my shit out.
What falls out are the remnants of the last meals, which were for 3 days in me!
Its a bunch of hard chunks, pressed together.
