Wine has a lot of antioxidants. A bottle of wine drank alone will detoxify me and clean out a good portion if not all of my digestive system. I had been thriving with little sleep due to work and school. I needed to combat the excessive caffeine racing in my blood stream with another natural remedy. Wiiiiinnnnnneeee! I sit on the side of the bathtub and these black chunks start to come out of my butt. I pace myself and let myself slowly poop out the chunks. You can also see me rain a lot of pee too. I pick up the poop and put it in the toilet. I flush but brown does not always go down.
